Interested in becoming a client of the ECOS Family Membership Store? Your first step is obtaining a referral from an approved partner listed below. All referrals should be sent to estore@ecommunityoutreach.org!

Once the referral has been sent to us, you will receive a call from one of our staff to set up your appointment. For each visit we ask that you please bring a form of photo identification (driver’s license, state-issued ID card, passport or school ID). If a photo ID is not available just let us know at the time of check-in.
